Belly Blog

Well I am getting as large as a house. Haha really though I have been feeling it the last few weeks. I just feel really large! And with a little less than two months of pure growth, its only bound to get LARGER! These pics are today, at almost 32 weeks. Koen thought it was really fun that I was timing a pic and wanted to run back and forth with me into the pic.

Overall I am still feeling pretty good:
-Surprisingly minimal heart burn controlled by tums every few days ( I was on prevacid long before this point with Koen)
-My Doc said my weight gain is excellent(15 lbs, thus far) which of course makes me feel good especially cause I am a little paranoid about it, and I'm measuring right on.
-My feet swelled for the first time on Easter, joy. No more heels for me.
-Still fitting in my regular jeans, some buttoned some with an elastic.
-My doc asked if I wanted to schedule my c-section last appt...which was weird. A- I am trying a v-bac and B- that just makes it seem really soon.
-People stare at me at school...haha maybe I just think there are, but for some reason I think going to school large and in charge like so is SO embarrassing.
-Poor baby boy still has no name, we are struggling. I feel bad for him, and really hope he comes home from the hospital with one, otherwise I will feel REALLY bad.
-Having braxton hicks a couple times a day, which I never had with Ko. Kinda fun.
-Overall ready to bend over AND breath at the same time, and ready to be skinny again.

Pregnancy subsequent times is over rated... haha, why cant it always be new and excited. Last time I remember being like "Oh I feel so great, this is so great" etc etc etc. Ummm...really, I think that was like first time bliss. It isnt all it is cracked up to be. haha Although last time I remember people asking me around this time "Oh are you just so ready for the little guy to come out?" and I would always say "No he is fine where he is" I think I knew that would be a HUGE adjustment and life change, and he was so easy to take care of in there. This time I am SO excited for the little guy to get here, to have a new little baby to snuggle and dress up. Cant wait to see what he looks like and smooch his little face.

you are about the cutest prego mom ever!!! I can't wait to play with the baby and Ko when we come to visit in July. Is it just me or has your pregnacy seemed like it's gone by super quick?

k, you look adorable. Seriously, you are tiny, i can't believe you can still wear your pants!
I must be debbie downer because i hated pregnancy....and didn't like the infant stage so much either....

Don't feel too bad Leash, Ryker didn't have a name until our second day in the hospital. The nurses kept asking, "so do we have a name for baby?" You look great by the way, I wish I looked that good not pregnant!!

You look awesome!! Seriously though, no name? Sheesh! Just teasing. So the other day I met a cute boy named Braun and I told Mike that if by some freak of nature I ever have another baby and it's a boy, I love the name Braun now. You can use it if you want!! Ha ha. Do you have any that you are even thinking about? I can't wait to meet baby #2. We need to play soon...as soon as the stomach flu has released us from it's horrible clutch.

So, serious?? Only 15 lbs?? I would kill to be 32 weeks and have only gained 15 lbs.!!! that'll be my goal the next time around :o)
You look so cute! Can't believe how fast time has gone! I think your name issue is because you have too many guidlines for names...so loosen up and pick one!

You look fabulous! Yeah, I think the best part of pregnancy is when it gets to the end and you get to hold that baby. Love it. I really do agree we must get together. I am pretty much wide open except next Tuesday. My number is on the website if you click my information. Hope you will give me a jingle. Ruby loves to play with anybody and even kids that are twice her size she always says "Oh there's my friend!" I love the rundown on your pregnancy feelings, it's fun to go back and read them

Glad things are going well. Though your makes me more and more glad I never want to have children (and neither does my LDS boyfriend, ha!). Wish I could see you at graduation. I'll have Phil give you a hug for me when he comes back as Dr. Phil Olsen ^_^.

I don't think you look big at all! You look darling. I agree, pregnancy is overrated especially how things have been going for me lately.

I have a friend who named her little boy Krew. I was thinking about it, and Koen and Krew would sound cute together:) Just a suggestion:) Although I'm sure you've been getting plenty of those:)

Alesha, you totally look so cute. You probably don't feel like it (no pregnant woman does) but you really look beautiful! My little sister is in labor today! I almost had her talked into naming her little boy Koen, but I think they have decided on Brock. You cute pregnant girls are so fun! Wow you are almost done!

You look so cute. Honestly, you look great pregnant. It doesn't show in your face... I on the other hand... you get the idea. I am excited to hear what his name will be. Ko will be such a cute big brother. And new baby will be dressed awesome, since he will inherit Ko'd wardrobe. The countdown has begun...

I was totally the same way with Lydia. I was a week over due and still was ok if she stayed in there a little longer. I am so excited for you, and glad that you are doing well.

You look way too good to be 32 weeks! Quit making me look bad. :) I'm glad everything is going well. We need to get together...it's been way too long!!

You look so great! 15 lbs is awesome! I gained 45 total with Henry. Except for those first couple weeks of no sleep. Herny is way easier than Andersen. The other day Lisa was over and Annie and Andersen were arguing over whose baby was cuter. It was so funny that they take ownership. It will be fun for you to see how Koen reacts. I'm sure he'll be a great big brother.
