SATURDAY
My mom picked up our kids to take them down to my sisters. They are amazing for watchin my rugrats THANK YOU! We headed for the airpot ready for the fun to begin. Not the "your flight already left, you didn't get the updated itinterary?" kind of fun. We decided we may as well fly to Atlanta that night so we could get to Florida as early as possible on Sunday. They put us up in a hotel that night and we got to Florida at 10 AM the next day...minus Phil's bag. Awesome right? Who doesn't want to start vacation that way?
SUNDAY
We made the best of it and headed to Universal Studios as soon as we dropped my bag off at the hotel and met up with Garr and Lynds. I loved the Mummy ride here. I was excited when dinner time came and they had a Moe's. I miss that place from Erie. I think it holds a special place for me just because it was in Erie. It was amazing!
Lynds and me with the Madagascar trailer
MONDAY
We went to a water park called Wet n Wild. It was the main thing I wanted to do while we were there, a waterpark. It ended up being my favorite thing we did the whole trip and a must do if we return to Orlando. It had the most intense water rides I have ever been on. It was like nothing I have seen before with lights and music inside many of the rides. Brainstorm was my favorite. I want to go back RIGHT NOW. The best part was almost all the rides were for 4 people so we were able to do them all together, so FUN!
we obviously started out the trip with great picture taking...one each day. lol
We also went to an awesome pizza place, our favorite was the baked potato pizza, so good!
TUESDAY
We went back to Universal Studios and did Island Adventure. It was fun to ride the rides until we went on one where you may as well have gotten in the shower with your clothes on and it decided to rain after so we never got dry. Especially me in my 4 layers. My favorite ride was Dueling Dragons.
Jarasic Park
This shows how wet we go. We were sad we missed Harry Potter by only a couple weeks.
That night Nate and Jaime came. We decided to try out a local place for dinner. We went to Hamburger Mary's and when we got there we knew we were in for a treat when we say this....
It ended up being super hilarious and only a little naughty ;) I laughed so hard. What are the odds we happened to go on "twisted sisters bingo night" funny.
WEDNESDAY
We decided to try out another water park and went to Disney's Blizzard Beach. It was a good thing we did because it was flaming hot that day. The rides didn't compare, but the lazy river, tube and sun were the perfect combo for me that day!
THURSDAY
We had a chill day. The girls went shopping at Down Town Disney and the Florida Mall (H&M) while the boys played video games, ping pong and paddle boats. Then we laid around at the pool and for dinner found a local mexican place that was delish!
Outside the Lego store
TONS of toy story stuff everywhere in Disney.
If you make this big, you may be able to see me and Lynds lookin super awesome in the back. lol
FRIDAY
We drove to Tampa Bay to go to Busch Gardens. There were a few really fun rides(sheikra, was my fav) there but overall I was disappointed. For the drive and the money I wasn't lovin it. At that point I think I was all rided out after going to Universal two times. Plus it was unbearably hot and I wanted to be in my bathing suit and water. We went to dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings which was also a familiar PA site.
Train to the park
Busch is like a zoo and amusement park, does that make it woth $80/person?
In line
SATURDAY
Our flight didn't leave until 4PM so we spent the morning at the pool, then got ready, checked out and headed to the mall for a little shopping. Phil had birthday money burning a hole in his pocket. ;)
Suprise suprise we didn't get home without a hitch. There were thunderstorms in Atlanta where we were trying to stop for our layover and we missed our connection. Us and Garr and Lynds stayed the night in that same hotel Phil and I stayed in on the way, but on our dime, so annoying. The boys found a BWW's to go watch the UFC at and Lynds and I ordered food to our room and watched TV. We finally made it home Sunday morning. It was nice to see the kiddos again, but definetly an Oh So Fun trip!
SIDE NOTE
These are our cars. Funny huh. We called em ketchup and mustard. awesome.
Not much beats a Vay*k with good freinds!

I'm jealous! Looks like you guys had a ton of fun:)
I really didn't like this post :) I am so sad that we were not able to go! Now I have to read about it? JK Glad you guys had fun! We will have to plan something something smaller for next year so we can join.
That looks like a ton of fun...minus all the traveling things. That looks like a very relaxing, no kid trip versus our three kids and tons of family trip. haha.
ah soo stinkin fun... I love Orlando and Fl.. gotta love that humidity, YUCK!!!
So that's where you were off to when I came to Utah. I don't blame you Utah was way too cold for the end of May. I would choose Florida too. Glad you had so much fun. A trip with out the kids sounds like R and R.
Looks so fun, I love Orlando.
