iTri

For the last 4 weeks I have been doing a class at the gym called iTri. It is basically a triathlon training class. Monday we swam (our instructor gave us a workout) Tuesday we biked and Wednesday we ran. I have loved doing it. Swimming is for sure my weakness but I figured the only way I'll get better at it is if I try and it is supposed to be a good exercise during pregnancy. I didn't really get much better, haha I think it will take A LOT more practice. At least I can swim the whole distance with out stopping, but actually swimming the right way, like real freestyle, with my face under water and normal breathing, not there yet! haha

The last day of class (today) the teacher does a mock sprint tri. We swam, biked, and ran for 1/2 an hour each. We ended up doing right on or a little more than you would so in a sprint so it was really cool. I really do want to do a real one but will have to wait until I can ride my bike again. There aren't many indoor tris in the summer. :) I would just keep doing the class but I can't hack the 6 AM time anymore right now being prego and especially with Koen out of school and NOT HAVING to get it up.

Dang girl, I am impressed...I don't think I could do that and I'm not even pregnant.haha. When are you due?
