So I finally finished reading The Work and The Glory series on Wednesday. Definitely bitter sweet. I was sad to be done with those but at the same time ready for a change in my reading agenda. I carried around Twilight all night Wednesday thinking I would start it, wondering if it was going to be "my type" of book! Well I started it about a half hour before Koen woke up from his nap on Thursday and finished it this morning. I don't remember the last time I read a book in less than 48 hours! WOW! I couldn't put it down. I NEEDED to know what was going to happen next. I found myself reading while Koen was watching his after bed/nap show, staying home from girls night to read, and reading while I was taking the dog out! COME ON, put it down! SO good. I love it! I cant wait to start the next one, but seeing how I don't have it and don't want to pay $13 for it(I am cheap, I know) I guess it will have to wait. So for those of you who told me to read it...good pick, and for those who are wondering if they might like it and what the fuss is all about READ IT!

I'm glad you finally gave in and read it! It's by far one of the best book series EVER! I'm obsessed with Bella and Edward and can't wait to hear what you think of the 2nd and 3rd books! I'm dying for the 4th book to come out! Also, the movie will be coming out this year so it's definitely going to be a good year! I LOVE THEM SO MUCH!
welcome to our club. You have succumbed to the Edward obsession. I LOVE these books and I've already re-read them (sad i know). you know you want to go buy the others...you won't be able to wait.
I've been DYING to read that series. I'm waiting for my friend to get done and lend me hers but I'm about to go buy it myself because I can't wait anymore! I hear that it is just sooo good. I'm excited to have a good book to read!

I loved this series, too! Can you get it from the library? I put books on hold there all the time online and then just go pick them up when they come in. It's the best! The library is one of my favorite places.....
I loved the books also. I also read them really fast I couldn't put it down. Cam was always telling me to stop reading. He couldn't believe that they could be that good. But they are. I love them. I read the first two and then reread them before I read the third one when it came out. I think that I will reread them all when the fourth one comes out.

I have the second two in the series if you want to borrow them. My sister let me read the first one and then I had to read the second two so I bought them. Just let me know.

Oh my word!! I know! I was completely obbsesed!! I swear it was like an addiction! I secretly have a crush on Edward! Shhh don't tell! I almost want to mail you my second and third book so that you can read them becuase I couln't have imagined stopping after the first! There is so much more to come... ahhh I can't wait for the fourth book to come out. My husband used to mock me so much when I was reading them. I would stay up until wee hours of the morning because I just couldn't stop! LOVE them!
