A great day!
For Phil's birthday we slept in until 10 for me (that when ko woke up) and about 10:30 for Phil, then I made him breakfast. After breakfast I gave Phil his present (some new shoes, a shirt, a golf glove, balls, practice balls, and T's) Then we went to Dicks and Target to look at more golf stuff. Phil really wants to get some golf shoes with his b-day money. When we got back Phil took a nap. At 4:45 our babysitter came and we were off to hit a bucket of balls. ( I had to picture document everywhere we went) I have come to the conclusion that I have no idea how I really feel about golf. I don't know if I like it or hate it. I really hate when I am not good at something so every time I hit a crappy ball or swing and miss I don't want to play anymore. (yes I am a poor sport) So I don't know if I will actually get to the point where I actually want to go play a real game. Who knows! Anyway Phil's likes it...so we did it! Ü
After that we headed to Moe's for dinner. It is like a want to be Cafe Rio. We like it, but it isn't comparable. Plus dinner for 2 for 13 bucks can you really beat that? Yah for the student discount!
Then we decided to go to Cold Stone (Phil's fav) for an ice cream to share. The one place I didn't document. I had originally thought we would go bowling after dinner, but then Phil came up with the bucket of balls idea. BUT when we got done with ice cream we decided we still had time to bowl a game! All and all a very fun night! Now we are off to watch a movie! What a fun day!

Now that is what a Birthday should be like. How fun. I am glad you guys got a night out on the town...we all need that! Time slipped away from me today...so I hope my happy birthday comment to Phil was enough to suffice for today, I will try to remember to call him Sunday and tell him in person...or should I say in phoneson. Love you guys...glad you had so much fun. Cute pics.
Looks like you guys had a great day. I feel the same about golf as you Lesh. I just want to go out and golf with Brady and be really good at it, but don't want to put the time in to practicing, so when I'm not good, it really bothers me. I'm a poor sport too some of the time, but oh well! I love the shirt you're wearing, so cute! Happy Birthday again PHil. We love all 3of you!!

What a fun birthday! That sounds like a wonderful birthday....sleeping, eating, a small amount of exercise, sleeping, etc. Just my style! Way to treat Phil to a nice day, Lesh! (PS-I'm the same way about golfing!!!)
What a fun party! Happy Birthday Phil! And holy crap...sleeping in until 10:00! I thought Ty did pretty good sleeping until 8:30, but Koen has him beat by a long shot!

Yahoo!! What a fun filled day! For the record, having a love, hate relationship with golf is totally normal... I've got one myself :)... Golfing, Cold Stone, and bowling??? What great fun!
