They had a graduation at the studio and he was so excited to be able to break a board with his foot. It was pretty cool! ;) He even earned a white belt! So exciting!

Tae Kwan Do
Koen's school has done a PE program for the month of December where the kids have learned Tae Kwon Do. He loves this kind of stuff and has been wanting to take Karate FOREVER! Needless to say he ate this up.

I'd love to put my boy in karate or some kind of equivalent when he's big enough. Exercise and discipline, healthy pride in themselves... what more could you want?
