May Goals

April report-
I did good without sweets. Not as hard core as January but I still only ate them on weekends except for 2 cheats, and they were both in the last week. Seriously, I love not eating sweets and candy. Mind you I say that as I sit here eating milk duds at 11:37(feeling sick from em.) I wish I just didn't like treats. grrr Also did good with not eating late, most nights. I too love not eating late, I feel so much better in the morning. (tomorrow I'll feel like blah! HA)
Need to step it up in my spiritual reading and lessons.
Did pretty good on spending less too. Overall a bit better than OK.

For this month I decided to cut myself some slack. I'm only having two goals and really they are all I want to focus on.

Being happy.
Thinking about the good.

This month being Pierce's year birthday I can see just wanting to sit around and be sad or thinking "woe is me." I don't think that is what he wants, and not what I want for myself. So that's it. I'll give some old goals ago too, but these two are all I'm holding myself accountable for. Ü

Those are good goals. But don't kick yourself for shedding a few tears when his day comes around.

Good job on last months goals! I need to cut back on sweets too. Especially brownies. They just make me ill.

Hugs and hopes for a successful month. :)

Sometimes its the goals like that which are the hardest! I feel like controlling what I eat is so much easier than controlling emotions. Its good to have it on your mind so you can Think about the Good. But shedding a few tears is okay too! And we will be thinking of P for sure all month! May is his!
